map setting for 3 players

Now it seems that map setting for 3 and 4 players both include all 10 map tiles.

But I prefer 8 map tiles(sectors) setting for 3 player game. More competition for planets & tight game.
It would be great to add option for this to the new game setting.

P.S. It would be also great to add color circle beside the map. There were some comments about this somewhere...
