The ability to exclude playing with some players

I would like the ability to exclude playing with some players. For example: Some players sign up to play a fast game and are then slow. I would like the ability to prevent myself from playing with those players. This is commonplace on all other game boards. Perhaps this is already on the to do list (plz confirm).
