Issue: Round Bonus Tile Terra Step Used on Gaia Planet
-
Hello, please see images below. I was considering using my special step on a planet, then chose to build on a Gaia Planet instead and I'm playing Gleens. I should have hit the "undo" button to not use my special step, but didn't. I'm not sure if this is something that can be automated (to not use a terraforming step on a Gaia planet) but if it can please consider it because someone may make this mistake in the future.

Also, if it's possible to give me my round special back, that would be great. Not a big deal if that can't be done though.

This also happened to me once. Definitely would be nice if you could only select planets that take at least one terraforming step when you've selected a "free step(s)" action. I don't think it's a legal move (especially not with the power actions, with the booster tile action it is not something you would ever want to do).

@lucasrrr The designer has confirmed that (unlike Terra Mystica), you cannot take power actions that provide you no direct benefits. So in particular, you cannot use the 1/2 free step power actions if your subsequent build does not use at least 1 of the steps.

I understand that this bug has still not been fixed?
In addition, I understand that it is still possible to use the 3pw or bonus tiles terraform action without building a mine, which is again contrary to the rules. The rules are clear that the action is to build a mine, with a bonus terraform included. If you don't build but use the tile then you haven't taken your turn.
