Potential Bug with Score Calculation

In the linked game https://www.boardgamers.space/game/random-factions-fun-times Ambas is reported as having 40 research points, however I only count 32, and I was wondering if this is a bug or if something else is being included in the calculation as research that I'm unaware of.

Points for the top of the gaia project track are also counted under research.
