Me Too. I think one of the main culprit is when someone is able to take advance tech or move to pay space of track. The kind of spinning icons. When it's on, it gets hyper slow.

Quick question: the time period for which the timer runs down that is shown in the lobby is: a. the time period adjusted for my local time zone (hence represent my local time) or b. is it base on some fix time zone (e.g. North America Eastern Time, hence representing the local time if I was living there).

I suspect "a" but want to be sure to not join games that I could not really participate.
