Running a game with host setting up entire board.

When selecting a tile # it does not place where the red dot is showing.

Trying to replicate a board from another game but can't second guess the placement as it does not seem to operate as advertised.

Can't use UI mode to fix as it is a Frontiers game so can't do ship moves etc with alt UI.
