If I'm right, I believe it means that you are already in game, but for an unknown reason you see yourself still in the waiting room and the game doesn't know why you are trying to join a game you are already in. If this error message pops out, simply refresh the page and you should be fine.

I believe the town you are going to form is valid. Yet, I am not sure why the system prohibits you from forming. Need experts to explain. lol.

@asianninja is it possible they only could charge 1pw (all their power was in bowl 3 after charging 1?).

@coyotte508 So does that mean your time counts down and once you complete a move, you gain an hour? So you could have potentially not been able to make a move for a while, but then make multiple moves quickly and gain some time back?

Gotcha. I didn't mean to be rude with my reply. Sorry if that's how it came across. =) I tried your second suggestion (reset via iOS) and that seems to have resolved the issue. Not sure what the issue was, but I am logged in on my iPad on Chrome. Thanks for the helpful suggestions. =)

Thanks for the answer. I guess it's actually clear from the rule #2 of the official FAQ, I had just missed the that when it says the new satellites cannot be adjacent to your other satellites and planets, it specifically refers to the ones in existing federations, it's a big distinction as opposed to being next to any planet that's not meant to be part of the newly formed federation, which is how I had assumed it was meant to be. When reading it again now, it does make sense that the federation on the screenshot isn't legal.

This should be fixed
